Commissioner Ku received the Candidate Survey, supporting materials and the same opportunity to explain his positions as other candidates. No survey response was submitted by the deadline.

GAAA was unable to locate verified public campaign contact information for this candidate before the August 21 deadline. As a result, the survey and pledge were not delivered. Rodolfo Ochoa is not classified as a candidate who failed to respond.

Commissioner Holtkamp received the Candidate Survey, supporting materials and the same opportunity to explain his positions as other candidates. No survey response was submitted by the deadline.
